HUNTLY SENIOR NET INCORPORATED (Some information about the Club)
The Club was formed in 2000 at the initiation of the Huntly Lions Club & currently has in excess of 55 members.
Club Rooms are situated at 55 William Street. Huntly ( In Anglican Church Friendship House )

The Club is run entirely on a voluntary basis. Lessons of 2 hourly duration are held in the mornings with provision for afternoon lessons & one evening session. The number of courses being run varies according to the demand, and availability of tutors.
Courses currently available are:
Introduction to Computers.
Basic Word Processing Parts 1 & 2.
Introduction to E mail.
Web Browsing.
Card Making.
Digital Camera.
Power Point.
Spreadsheets.
Scanning.
Publisher.
Photo Editing.
Annual Membership fee is $30 due on 31 st March each year.
Course fee are generally $25 for a four lesson course.
Course participants are given a copy of the lesson which is written in 'down to earth' and easy to understand language.
The club also produces a monthly newsletter to members and runs a workshop every 2nd month when various topics and problems are discussed. Editor Ron Collis ph 07) 828 9459
Lessons are run on an informal and relaxed basis and at each pupils own pace.
The Club was set up by way of sponsorship & funding by various charities including Huntly Lions Club.
Our equipment is funded by various funding organisations. the club is a member of N.Z. Federation of Seniornet Societies.
